The generous hallway provides ample space for coats and shoes,
and a comfy armchair offers a quiet corner perfect for reading
or tablet time.
A colouful vintage storage unit houses an array of glassware, crockery and kitchen equipment 

Plus the added benefit of a handy downstairs cloakroom.

The laundry facilities are located in the old 'Water Tank'to the rear of the property. These facilities are shared with the guests of Cove.

Ideal for storing wetsuits & beach clobber, or waterproofs  & boots after a rainy day out!


There are rotary washing lines beside the Water Tank,
and in the front garden.

and a large airing cupboard.

has a generously sized shower enclosure,  electric shower
& heated towel rail

There is also a ground floor toilet.

The garden is south-facing at the front of the house.  It has three terraced areas.

We ask the guests of No4 and Cove, to share the garden.  The terraces allowing for you to have your own space.


Alternatively, there are some benches at the end of the terrace with the most spectacular views across the harbour
and to the islands beyond
